Chandigarh: Population Research Centre(PRC), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW), Panjab University, Chandigarh, conducted the impact assessment of the URJA project. The report of the study was released by Prof. Raj Kumar (Vice Chancellor), PU and Mrs.  Nilambari Jagadale, (IPS), AIG, State Cyber Crime, Punjab . It is noteworthy that the URJA project was  pioneered and guided by Mrs. Nilambari Jagadale,  where  children learnt various  life skills and now they are implementing these life skills in their daily routine. Prof. Raj Kumar (Vice Chancellor), PU, Prof. Kumool Abbi (Director PRC)  and Dr Sukhbir Singh were the members of the research team.

Another report on 'Stakeholder Perception:  Study on New Education Policy,2002'  was also released by  Prof. Raj Kumar and Mrs. Nilambari Jagadale.

The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 is a big revolution envisioning bringing about the much-needed modification in the Indian Education System. The policy has maintained a delicate balance between the traditions and the interdisciplinary approach, which is the need of the 21st century. This study was conducted by Prof. Kumool Abbi, Dr Sukhbir Singh , Dr Tarun Bala and Dr Manmohan Singh.

Population Research Centre(PRC) is actively involved in conducting various health related projects and evaluation studies.
