PU VC address all Chairpersons

Chandigarh: Prof. Raj Kumar, Vice Chancellor, Panjab University, Chandigarh urged all to address all issues of students on top priority for giving them better services, while chairing all Chairpersons meeting held today in virtual mode. He further added that action plan of all Chairpersons is required keeping in mind forthcoming NAAC visit to PU. He further informed that PU is soon in the process of integrating all its labs for optimal utilization. He also informed that upgradation of labs has also been initiated for the interest of students and researchers. Each department to develop feedback system for continuous upgradation and improvement.

PU VC also urged the Chairpersons to upload information related to their activities on the portal. All steps have been initiated to make PU website dynamic in order to blend with the interest of the industry. For the welfare of PU residents, a grievance cell has been constituted in the Construction Office and a portal has been created on which, all grievances can be uploaded for necessary action at the earliest.

He urged all to work for enhancing the ongoing admission process of PU. Various suggestions were also taken from senior officials present during the meeting.
