PU Research Scholar Nandni Wins Outstanding Poster Award at ESTIC 2025 for Study on Fungal Resistance in Grapes

Chandigarh, November 13, 2025: Nandni, PhD scholar, working at Department of Biotechnology, Panjab University, Chandigarh under the Supervision of Prof Kashmir Singh, has received an outstanding poster award in Emerging Science, Technology, and Innovation Conclave (ESTIC 2025).
The conclave was conducted from 3-5 November at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. She presented her work regarding exploration of molecular insights of fungal resistance in grapes. She received the award from Union Minister of Science and Technology, Dr. Jitender Singh in the presence of Secretary, Department of Science & Technology (DST), Dr Abhay Karandikar and other officials of Government of India.
