PU FELLOW DONATED BLOOD ON HIS BIRTHDAY

Chandigarh: Mr. Ashok Goyal, Member of Panjab University Syndicate, who has been donating blood four times a year for the last many years donated blood for 104th time today, on his Birthday, at Rotary and Blood Bank Resource Center, Sector-37, Chandigarh.

He expressed deep satisfaction on having donated blood in Covid times and has conveyed to the community that it is absolutely safe to donate blood and serve humanity when hospitals need it the most. He also appreciated the Blood Center for following the Rules for blood donation strictly ensuring the safety and health of donors.

Dr. Manish Rai, Director, Rotary BBS Blood Bank Chandigarh has appealed to general public to donate blood as COVID -19 lockdown has caused shortage of blood in the hospitals.We extend safe pick and drop facility in safe and sanitized vehicles.
