PTU to Organise International Conference on Advancements & Futuristic Trends in Mechanical & Materials Engineering from Oct 4 to 6

Kapurthala/Jalandhar, October 2, 2013: Punjab Technical University has decided to organise a four-day long seminar on Advancements & Futuristic Trends in Mechanical & Materials Engineering at Seminar Hall, PTU Main Campus.
This was stated by Dr Buta Singh Sidhu (Convener) of the   seminar here today. He said Anil Joshi Punjab Cabinet Minister for Technical Education & Industrial Training Industry & Commerce will be the chief guest on October 4.
Sidhu said Prof. (Dr) Satya Prakash of IIT Roorkee, Uttarakhand will deliver keynote address. Dr Rajneesh Arora, Vice Chancellor, PTU will preside over the function.
He said the valedictory ceremony will be on October 6.
Prof (Dr) Jeganathan Karthikeyan, ASB Industries Inc. OH, USA will be the Chief guest of honour and Dr. Rajneesh Arora, Vice Chancellor, PTU will preside over the function.
