Proud Moment for Lyallpur Khalsa College as IT Students Bag Jobs in Renowned IT & Multimedia Company

Jalandhar, May 12, 2026: In yet another proud achievement for Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, two students of the PG Department of Computer Science and IT have secured prestigious placements in Virtuosity Digital, a distinguished IT and Multimedia company known for its innovation and excellence in the digital sector.
The selected students are Nikita, a student of M.Sc. IT Semester IV, who has been offered the position of Data Analyst, and Arshpreet, a student of BCA Semester VI, who has been selected for the role of Front-End Developer. Their success has brought laurels to the institution and stands as a testimony to the quality education and skill-oriented training imparted by the college. 
This information was shared by Dr. Charanjit Singh, Convener of the Career Counseling and Placement Cell, in the gracious presence of Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu and other esteemed members of the Placement Cell, namely Dr. Manpreet Singh Lehel and Dr. Daljit Kaur from the PG Department of Computer Science and IT, and Dr. Jyoti Vohra from the PG Department of Commerce and Business Management. 
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Charanjit Singh congratulated the selected students and said that such accomplishments reflect the dedication of the students and the continuous efforts of the Placement Cell to connect deserving candidates with reputed organizations. He emphasized that the college remains committed to making affordable public-funded education job-oriented and career-focused. He further added that regular industry interaction, training sessions, workshops, and placement drives are helping students become industry-ready professionals. 
Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu, while addressing the gathering, appreciated the hard work and perseverance of the students. He stated that the modern corporate world values practical skills, creativity, and adaptability, and the students of Lyallpur Khalsa College have consistently proven their merit in these areas. He encouraged other students to remain focused and make full use of the opportunities being provided by the college.
