She noted that in today's competitive and hectic world, young individuals face a myriad of challenges. In such a scenario, the cultivation of positive emotions plays a pivotal role in strengthening self-confidence and maintaining robust mental health.

Prof. Deepti Hooda said that positive emotions—such as happiness, optimism, self-acceptance, and gratitude—empower the personalities of young people. She emphasized that if students were to incorporate positive thinking, a balanced daily routine and healthy communication into their everyday lives, they would be better equipped to cope with stress and negativity. Inspiring the youth, she asserted that alongside achieving success in life, maintaining mental happiness and equilibrium is equally essential.
