Prevent against possible attack of 2nd wave of covid pandemic, emphasizes DMCH Docs

Ludhiana: On-going ‘Awareness Drive’ for possible coming of 2nd wave of COVID pandemic was held today in Kitchlu Nagar Market and area surrounding historical Dhandi Swami Mandir in Civil Lines.

Dr Sarit Sharma, Dr Hitant Vohra, Dr Kirandeep Kaur and Dr from DMCH led the drive to inform public about taking proper precautions in view of possible coming of second wave of COVID pandemic. During the campaigning, team of doctors advised the people to wear masks properly and keep prescribed social distancing.          

Shopkeepers and other people present on the occasion were well informed that they should not take the current situation of lightly and should absolutely avoid going to crowded places, unless absolutely necessary.        

Dr Bishav Mohan, Medical Supdt., HDHI said that unless we don’t come forward to make people aware, we will be failing in our responsibility to make people conscious of taking required preventive measures to keep themselves safe and healthy.
