Ludhiana, December 28, 2021: DCM Presidency School, Ludhiana provided its students an opportunity to soak themselves in an ambiance where literature is celebrated, inspiring them to indulge in the creative arts of reading and writing. The first Literary Festival of the DCM Presidency School commenced on December 27. Over three days, the fest will provide the opportunity and insights to students into various forms of literature, like poems, declamation, debate, open mic, open dialogue, elocution, role play, and plays, etc.The students of Grade XI dramatized prose texts and poems from the prescribed English textbooks in the form of musical play and elocution.
The event started with a solemn Opening Ceremony, which was attended by DCMites. The school choir presented a soulful prayer, followed by spellbinding performances. Principal, Ms. Rajni Kalra addressed the gathering, she mentioned that such opportunities must be provided to young, impressionable minds so as further their holistic development.
