Preparation session on “how to prepare yourself and best strategy for placement session?” held at Khalsa College for Women

Ludhiana, December 14, 2021: The Placement Cell, Khalsa College For Women, Ludhiana in collaboration with District Bureau of Employment and Enterprises, Ludhiana organized a placement preparation session on “how to prepare yourself & best strategy for placement session?”. Navdeep Singh, Deputy Chief Executive, DBEE, Ludhiana and Dr. Nidhi Singhi, Career Counsellor, DBEE graced the event with their presence and also presentation. 
While addressing the students regarding upcoming government competitive exams, strategies for their preparation along with tips, revisionary plans before and after interview, 5 P’s for success i.e. Punctuality, Presentation, Posture, Politeness and Preparation, they shared their personal experiences, struggles and decisions taken by them to reach these heights in their respective career. They also emphasized on the skill development courses and competitive exams preparation portal and courses launched free of cost by the State Government. 
DBEE Ludhiana has also launched their Telegram Channel to connect the youth District Ludhiana, it's Pilot run is shared these college students, once everything is upto date, it will be launched for all the candidates n colleges.
The final year students from different streams found the session quite informative and unique. Dr. Priyaka Khanna, the Placement Coordinator thanked the guests for sparing their valuable time for the benefits of the students. Dr. (Mrs) Mukti Gill appreciated the efforts of the placement cell for organizing such valuable session.
