Prem Chand Markanda SD College for Women commences online admission process and teaching

Jalandhar: Prem Chand Markanda S.D. College For Women, Jalandhar has invited applications for admission to various Under Graduate, Post Graduate, Diploma, PG Diploma and B- Vocation courses for the academic session 2020-21. Admission will be through online submission of the form and the hard copy of the same will be taken after the termination of this pandemic period. 
Principal Dr. Kiran Arora also said that keeping in view the prolonged lockdown situation due to pandemic disease Corona virus, the teachers are extensively using e-learning platform through Zoom app, WhatsApp, e-Pathshala, YouTube channels, Google classroom. She also mentioned that teachers are providing requisite study material through the Audio/Video lectures, PPTs, PDF files and scanned assignments. Faculty members are taking online tests of the students regularly, to optimally utilize this crucial time and to prepare the students for the forthcoming University examinations. Teachers remain in touch with the students to solve their queries related to the syllabus and also guide the students to utilise this uncertain period in a productive manner.
