PowerPoint Presentation on Punjab of My Dream under Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat program 

Jalandhar, May 16, 2022: KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School organized PowerPoint presentation under the program Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat of Government of India. 

The program was organized to celebrate the unity in diversity of our nation as the aim of this initiative is to promote the spirit of national integration through a deep and structured engagement between all states. The students, Jasmeet Kaur and Kulpreet Kaur presented their PPTs on the topic 'Punjab of My Dream' in which they talked about the rich heritage and culture of Punjab- the land of five rivers. They reminisced the sacrifice and martyrdom of the Punjabi freedom fighters and their contribution in the realization of the ‘Punjab of My Dream’. Towards the end of the session there was a discussion to eliminate various obstacles like drug abuse in order to make Punjab a developed and prosperous state. 

Principal Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi, lauded the efforts of Dr. Gurjot (Head, Department of History), Veena Deepak (Co-ordinator, KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School) and Anand Prabha (Incharge, KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School) and congratulated them for successfully organizing the event. She also motivated the students to participate in these type of events in future also.
