Ludhiana, November 21, 2025: The Department of Posts, Ludhiana City Postal Division, is thrilled to announce the upcoming SUTLEJ-PEX 2025, the District Level Philatelic Exhibition which is scheduled to be held at Dr. Manmohan Singh Auditorium, Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana, from December 4-5.
According to Balbir Singh, Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Ludhiana City Division, philately continues to be a powerful educational tool, instilling knowledge, creativity, and cultural pride among youth. The Department of Posts appealed to all philatelists to actively participate in the exhibition.
