Political scenario on poll-bound 5 states

Political scenario on poll-bound 5 states
Author.

The elections to five states are nearing. The anti-incumbency factor can play a major role in these states. The electorates are very intelligent now-a-days and they never indicate to whom they are going to vote for. Rather, the clarity of the mood of the voters comes after the counting of votes. Let is have a loon on overall scenario of these states.

RAJASTHAN
In Rajasthan Congress Government is ruling the State from the past five years, here the anti – incumbency factor can benefit B.J.P. because B.J.P. is at present in power in the Centre and Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah are having perfect tuning with each other and the Union Government can highlight its achievements achieved in the past nine and a half years and promise the masses of revolutionary infrastructure development if voted to power. Whereas the Congress’s CM Ashok Gehlot is no doubt highlighting his governments achievements and about his governance. Voters are also eyeing on the political activities of AAP.

MADHYA PRADESH
Five Years back Congress won more seats than B.J.P. in Madhya Pradesh and  Kamal Nath was sworn in as Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh. Jyotiraditya Scindia resigned from the Congress party along with his M.L.A. supporters and after by-election in the number game Congress failed to get majority and save its government. Then B.J.P. formed its government under the Chief Minister ship of Shivraj Singh Chauhan. At present both B.J.P. and Congress are sure of their victory, here keeping in mind the anti-incumbency factor even then Shivraj Singh Chauhan has a positive image among the masses. B.J.P. has announced senior union ministers and leaders to contest the assembly elections. B.J.P. High Command is sure of its victory and forming its government in M.P. whereas the Congress leaders are also predicting their victory. The time will tell fate of the politicians and political parties.

CHATTISGARH
Congress is in power in Chhattisgarh from the past five years.  Congress Chief Minister Bhupresh Baghel and senior leaders of Congress are predicting their victory for the second successive time, but B.J.P. leaders and workers have done a lot of spade work at ground level among the masses and highlighted the achievements, policies, programmes of Modi Government and infrastructure development. Congress leaders are hopeful of their victory, whereas B.J.P. is also hopeful of back to power in Chhattisgarh.

TELANGANA
B.J.P. Leaders are trying their best to increase their vote bank share in Telangana, The party’s senior leaders including J.P. Nadda, Amit Shah and Tarun Chugh through mass contact programmes are highlighting the achievements of Modi Government. If B.J.P increases its vote percentage in the assembly elections; it will certainly benefit the party in the coming Parliament elections in 2024 in South India. Chief Minister of Telengana K.Chandrashekar Rao is quite hopeful of his party’s victory but nothing can be predicted in politics.

MIZORAM
B.J.P. is hopeful that it will increase its vote percentage than the previous elections. Congress and B.J.P. will have to increase their vote bank.
