Ludhiana: P.D. Sharma founder President of Apex Chamber of Commerce and Industries (Punjab) has been unanimously re-elected president for two year i.e. 2021-2023. He has been continuously elected for the fifteenth (15th) term on 22.03.2021.
Apex Chamber was founded in the year 1992. One of the high points of this chamber is that Commissioner of Central Excise and Director of Industry Punjab among others blessed this Chamber at the time of its inception.
Recognition of Government of India to Apex Chamber is well known. Many crucial issues of industry have been got resolved by the fruitful suggestions of Apex Chamber.
The exceptional rise of steel prices in the year 2004 and the recent restrictions on industry to withdraw underground water have been resolved by the fruitful suggestion of this Chamber when other efforts failed to do so.
With respect to drawing of underground Sh. P.D. Sharma President on whose suggestion this permission has been granted make a special request to industry to use and conserve as much water as possible.
