PCTE students outshine in summer internship programme of MBA and MBA- IB

Ludhiana, August 23, 2019: Around 20 students of MBA and MBA-IB 2018-20 batch of PCTE Group of Institutes received Pre Placement Offers after their internships from their respective companies.

The various companies offering PPO included - Calvin Klein India Career Advisor India, Empower Youth, Global Group of Companies, NIA Agro Community etc. Every year the number of Pre-placement offers received by students at PCTE is on rise which indicates a high degree of professional commitment on the part of students.

More than 60 companies visited the campus for recruiting summer interns and ALL 180 STUDENTS OF MBA & MBA - IB WERE PROVIDED INTERNSHIPS WITH STIPEND. Minimum stipend offered to students was Rs. 2000 and Maximum stipend was Rs. 25000. Some of the major brands which came to campus for internships include HDFC Bank, OYO Rooms, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Times of India, Outlook Magazines etc.

Dr.Gautam Bansal, Director, PCTE Group of Institutes congratulated the students on their achievement during summer internships and said that internship is the first step in the life of the students towards their successful future journey. He said that PCTE has always laid a lot of stress on the professional development of students so as to make them industry-ready and employable.
