PCTE students of Hotel Management grabs 8 University positions in PTU Exams

Ludhiana, July 20, 2018: PCTE students of Hotel Management in the Provisional Merit list for semester examination November -2017 did tremendously well in the Punjab Technical University examination and gained Eight University Positions. Students of Batch 2017-2021 performed astonishingly well in their 1st semester examination. Simran Arora gained the First University Position with 9.41 SGPA followed by Himanshu Dhiman gaining Second University Position with 9.33 SGPA, Haramjot Kaur gained the Third University Position with 9.30 SGPA wherein Ajay Kumar got Fourth University Postion with 9.04 SGPA, Inderpreet, Kioko Benzer Muli & Sameer Yadev gained the Sixth University Position with 8.56 SGPA & Achal gained the Ninth with 8.37 SGPA.
Simran Arora said that for gaining the First Position in the University she had to put on a lot of hard work, wherein after so much of hard work the result was fruitful she added by saying that PCTE has also helped her to develop her over all personality. Himanshu Dhiman said that getting the Second Position is very fulfilling and feels very good and motivates one to perform better. Kioko Benzer Muli a foreign student from Kenya gained the Sixth University positions said that studying at PCTE is amazing and I have learned lot things especially about Indian culture their cuisine.
Dean, Faculty of Hotel Management said that he is very proud of his students for performing really well in academics and practical, results like these show the seriousness of the students and will further help them in their future.
Director General, PCTE Group of Institutes said that PCTE students have always performed really well in their Academics wherein PCTE has 43 Gold Medals, 23 Silver Medal and 19 Bronze Medal wherein PCTE not only focuses on academics but also helps students to development their overall personality.
