PCTE students of Commerce bagged Top Positions in PTU Examinations

Ludhiana, May 29, 2019: The students of B. Comm. of PCTE Group of Institutes performed incredibly well in the Punjab Technical University Examination and bagged Top University Positions in the Merit list for semester examinations.

For Bachelors in Commerce ( Professional) in the Second semester, Muskan and Saumya bagged the First Position with 9.17 SGPA, Pushpinder Kaur stood second with 9.00 SGPA whereas Chandan Sadana stood fourth with 8.83 SGPA. Moving to the fourth semester, Kunal Wadhwa, Anu Kumari, and Disha bagged the First position with 8.91 SGPA, whereas Kunal Sood bagged the Third Position with 8.73 SGPA. Moving further Rishika Bhatia, Yasshna Takkar and Sakshi stood third fifth and sixth with 8.55 and 8.36 and 8.27 SGPA respectively. Lastly, Tanya Bahl acquired the seventh position with 8.18 SGPA. This list does not end here as even the sixth-semester students brought laurels. Starting with Kirandeep Kaur bagged the sixth position with 8.86 SGPA whereas Komal Aggarwal and Radhika Goyal bagged ninth position with 8.67 SGPA.

On this, Dr. Rajpreet Singh Chattwal, Unit Head, Commerce Block, said that bagging such positions involves a lot of hard work and commitment. The students have performed exceptionally well and we are proud of their achievements. He further added that in such a competitive world the focus of the students will offer them a better prospect ahead.
