PCTE Group of Institutes organised the Indo–Ukraine Fest 2026 on its campus with the objective of promoting international academic collaboration and fostering cultural exchange. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of Ukrainian delegates along with students from various academic streams.

Ludhiana, January 23, 2026: PCTE Group of Institutes organised the Indo–Ukraine Fest 2026 on its campus with the objective of promoting international academic collaboration and fostering cultural exchange. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of Ukrainian delegates along with students from various academic streams.
A major highlight of the fest was an online interactive panel discussion on culture, humanity, and India–Ukraine relations, addressed by Dr. Oleksandr Polishchuk, Ambassador of Ukraine, Artem Nosko, Counsellor-Minister, Embassy of Ukraine, and Tetiana Sharma, Third Secretary, Embassy of Ukraine. The session offered students valuable insights into diplomatic relations, humanitarian cooperation, and the growing academic and cultural ties between the two nations.
The programme commenced with a formal welcome ceremony. Ukrainian delegate Chef Iuliia addressed the gathering and delivered an insightful presentation on Ukrainian cuisine, emphasising cross-border learning and international exposure. She later conducted a hands-on bakery workshop for Hotel Management students, providing practical exposure to international culinary techniques.In addition, a fashion designing workshop was conducted by Olga Syrovatko, who introduced students to European design concepts and emerging creative trends.
The management of PCTE stated that such international initiatives play a vital role in broadening students’ global outlook and strengthening institutional ties across borders, reaffirming the institute’s commitment to international academic engagement.
