Ludhiana, December 17, 2022: To celebrate the progression and development of students, PCTE Group of Institutes celebrated its 14th Annual Convocation. On the occasion, H.E. Ganbold Dambajav, Ambassador of Mongolia to India attended the ceremony as the Chief Guest. Students from various disciplines like MBA, MBA-IB, MCA, B. Pharmacy, B.Sc Biotechnology, B.Sc Medical Lab Sciences, BBA, B.Com (Hons.), BCA, BHMCT, Journalism & Mass Communication, Fashion Designing, and ATHM received their degree during the ceremony. Keeping in mind the significant presence of the international students on campus, there was a parade of students from 56 countries including India with their respective flags that lead the ceremonial Academic Progression. 

In his rousing speech, H.E. Ganbold Dambajav congratulated the students for successfully completing their degree. He also encouraged them to treasure every moment of their day.

The students were awarded trophies for their excellent performance; Ativ Ralli from BBA 1999 was awarded as “The Best Alumni Award” for his outstanding professional and personal success over the last decade, while receiving his award he encouraged the students to follow Honestly, Humility and Hope in their life in order to be successful in life.

Vinayaka who completed her Bachelors of Journalism and Mass Communication in the year 2022 was awarded Wg.Cdr.H.S.Gill award for her overall excellent performance. She said, “I am happy to receive this prestigious award after completing my course. She further added by saying, “It is a proud moment in a student’s life that eventually gives a boost in one’s self esteem.

The students who outshined with their groundbreaking performances were presented the college colors awards,  Shrishti Verma from BAJMC was bestowed in the literary category followed by Amanpreet Kaur from MBA and Priyanshu Singh Rathore from MBA for the music & dance category, Manvir Singh from BCA & Terry M Dahn were awarded for theatre and sports category.

Dr. Gautum Bansal, Master of the Ceremony, said that the entire event was successfully organized with the help of the team members and further said that it was an overwhelming day for the students as all the effort and hard work they did was worth it.  
Dr. K.N.S Kang, Director General, PCTE Group of Institutes said he was glad that the graduation ceremony went off really well. He congratulated the graduates on the completion of their education and wished them luck for their future endeavors.
