The session was delivered by Dr. Ritu J. Nanda, Director of Ritu K. Nanda Infertility Centre, Jalandhar, who shared valuable insights into the growing health concerns among the younger generation.
Dr. Nanda elaborated on the causes, symptoms, and long-term impact of PCOS, emphasizing the importance of early diagnosis and timely intervention. She highlighted preventive measures that young individuals can adopt through a balanced lifestyle, proper diet, and regular physical activity. The session proved to be highly enlightening as it also addressed common myths and encouraged students to prioritize their reproductive and overall health.
