Jalandhar, November 07, 2025: The NSS Unit of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar, celebrated Rashtriya Ekta Diwas to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Iron Man of India. The celebration aimed to reinforce the values of unity, integrity, and national integration among students.
The event began with the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas Pledge, where students and faculty members solemnly vowed to uphold the unity and integrity of the nation. The pledge inspired the participants to contribute towards building a strong, peaceful, and united India. A Run for Unity Rally was also organized to symbolize the spirit of togetherness and collective strength.
President Naresh Budhia, Senior Vice President Vinod Dada, the other honourable members of the Managing Committee, and the worthy Principal Dr. Pooja Prashar appreciated the efforts of the NSS Wing for instilling the spirit of national unity and patriotism among students.
