PCM S.D. College for Women Holds Investiture Ceremony
To inculcate a spirit of leadership, discipline, and responsibility among students, PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar organized its Investiture Ceremony for the session 2025–26. The objective of the ceremony was to empower students to take up positions of responsibility, nurture their decision-making skills, and encourage them to contribute actively to the smooth functioning and cultural vibrancy of the institution.

Jalandhar, September 17, 2025: To inculcate a spirit of leadership, discipline, and responsibility among students, PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar organized its Investiture Ceremony for the session 2025–26. The objective of the ceremony was to empower students to take up positions of responsibility, nurture their decision-making skills, and encourage them to contribute actively to the smooth functioning and cultural vibrancy of the institution.
From the Central Association, the leading positions were entrusted to Ms. Rajni (Head Girl P.G.), Bhavika (Head Girl U.G.), Dolcy Chibber (Head Girl I.T. Block), Divpriya (Vice Head Girl P.G.), Romal Yadav (Vice Head Girl U.G.), and Bhumi (Vice Head Girl I.T. Block). Other office bearers included Harman Walia (Secretary), Jasmine Kaur (Joint Secretary), Dipanshi and Mousami Kumari (Treasurers), Jaswinder Kaur (Discipline Head), Tania, Khushi, Nancy Thakur, and Nandini (Discipline Coordinators), Harmanpreet (Cleanliness Head), Kavya, Maanu Kaushal, Muskan, and Neha Kashyap (Cleanliness Coordinators), Khushi (Event Head), Rose, Gurleen Kaur, Sudha Kumari, and Bhawna (Event Coordinators), Rulli (Hospitality Head), Nandani, Seema, Simran Kaur, and Kajal Devi (Hospitality Coordinators), Sakshi (Placement Coordinator), Tanya (Vice Coordinator), Executive Members of Placement Cell – Poonam, Simran Kunjal, Kashish, and Blossam, along with Romal (Canteen Supervisor) and Niharika (Co-Supervisor).
From the Youth Club, the office bearers for the session included Sunakshi (President), Neha (Vice President), Harnoor Kaur (Secretary), Jasmine Kaur (Joint Secretary), Kavya (Treasurer), and Executive Members – Garima, Narayani, Khushi Sabharwal, Jasleen, Bhoomi, Maanu Kaushal, Harman Kaur, Nandini, Sakshi, and Ritika.
The ceremony inspired the students to imbibe qualities of commitment and team spirit while working for the progress of the institution.
In her address, Principal Dr. Pooja Prashar congratulated the newly elected office bearers and emphasized that true leadership lies in dedication, responsibility, and the ability to set an example for others.
