On the sacred occasion of Navratri, former President of the District Congress Committee Ludhiana (Urban) and former Chairman of the Punjab Large Industrial Development Board, Pawan Dewan paid obeisance to Maa Bhagwati. On the occasion grand religious gatherings (chowkis) were organized at Shri Navdurga Mata Mandir, Sarabha Nagar, and Shri Vaishno Mata Mandir, Harnam Nagar, where a large number of devotees paid their respects and sang praises of the Goddess.

Ludhiana, March 25, 2026: On the sacred occasion of Navratri, former President of the District Congress Committee Ludhiana (Urban) and former Chairman of the Punjab Large Industrial Development Board, Pawan Dewan paid obeisance to Maa Bhagwati. On the occasion grand religious gatherings (chowkis) were organized at Shri Navdurga Mata Mandir, Sarabha Nagar, and Shri Vaishno Mata Mandir, Harnam Nagar, where a large number of devotees paid their respects and sang praises of the Goddess.
On this occasion, Dewan offered prayers and sought blessings from the Goddess while listening to devotional hymns. He prayed for the well-being of all and expressed that the festival of Navratri should bring happiness and prosperity to everyone. He also appreciated the organizers for hosting such grand events. The organizers presented Dewan with mementos as a mark of honour.
During the event, Pawan Bobby and Bhagat Gurupreet Singh captivated the devotees with their beautiful devotional performances. Among those present were included Subhash Duggal (President, Shri Navdurga Mata Mandir, Sarabha Nagar), Kamal Bassi, Inderjit Tony Kapoor, Manish Gupta, Rohit Sharma, Ashwani Garg, Darshan Lal Baweja, Yogesh Anand (President, Shri Vaishno Devi Mata Mandir, Harnam Nagar), Sandeep Madan, Manish Agarwal, and Pratham Bhatia.
