Ludhiana, August 22, 2025: Former Chairman of Punjab Large Industrial Development Board and former President of Ludhiana Congress Committee Pawan Dewan has expressed deep grief over the death of famous Punjabi artist and great comedian Jaswinder Bhalla.
Dewan said that Bhalla's contribution to Punjabi film industry, theater and culture was unique. Through his brilliant art, he brought smiles to millions of faces and established Punjabi culture on the global stage. This is a huge loss to the Punjabi entertainment industry and to all of us.
He has prayed to God to grant peace to the bereaved soul and give strength to the family to bear this grief.
