Ludhiana, January 11, 2026: Former President of the District Congress Committee (Urban), Ludhiana, Pawan Dewan celebrated the festival of Lohri with senior party leaders and workers at Sarabha Nagar here.
On this occasion, Pawan Dewan said that such festivals reflect our rich cultural heritage. He extended Lohri greetings to everyone present and prayed to God that the festival brings happiness and prosperity into everyone’s lives.
