Ludhiana, June 25, 2026: A delegation of PAU Retirees’ Welfare Association comprising Jila Ram Bansal, President, Satish Sood, General Secretary, Narinder Pal Singh, Vice-President, Cashier Vinod Malhotra and Secretary Gulshan Singh Buttar met Dr Satbir Singh Gosal, PAU VC to discuss pay revision arrears to the age group of 75 years and above, to age group of below 75 years, also reimbursement of pending Medical Bills to the Retirees including the payment of Leave Travelling Allowance for the January 2026.
The VC was very kind enough and considerate to implement and finalize the above issues. Dr S S Gosal was fully aware of the issues. He assured the delegation that all the issues are genuine and will be considered sympathetically and finalized on the priority basis for which the Association is very much grateful to the Vice-Chancellor for his concern, said the association release today.
The meeting was held in a very cordial atmosphere and lasted almost one hour.
