Rohtak, July 17, 2026: A five-day skill testing certificate course organized at the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Rohtak—located at Tilyar—concluded on Friday.

IHM Lecturer Vikas Deshwal stated that during the program, Chef Rajaram trained the participants in various practical culinary skills. He mentioned that during the training, participants gained practical knowledge of techniques for preparing Chinese dishes, various types of snacks, biryani, and sweets. Participating with enthusiasm, the attendees significantly improved their culinary proficiency.

IHM Principal, Shambhunath Gautam commended the participants for their enthusiasm, dedication, and hard work, noting that such skill-based training programs not only make the youth self-reliant but also foster opportunities for employment and self-employment. Certificates were awarded to all participants during the closing session. The participants expressed their gratitude to the IHM administration and staff, describing the training as highly useful and informative. Lecturer Dr. Pankaj Singh, Assistant Sandeep Sharma, and other staff members were present on the occasion.
