Panjab University secured 1st position (Overall Winner) in Punjab State Inter-Varsity Youth festival 2022 

Chandigarh, December 12, 2022: Panjab University secured 1st position (Overall Winner) in Punjab State Inter-Varsity Youth festival 2022 held at Punjabi University Patiala from 10th to 12th December 2022. 

The overall trophy to Panjab University was presented by Bhagwant  Mann, Chief Minister Punjab. Punjabi University Patiala secured position and Lovely Professional University secured 3rd position in youth festival. The university participated in this youth festival on behalf of all affiliated colleges and PU campus under the aegis of Department of Youth Welfare Panjab University. The trophy was received by Dr. Rohit Kumar Sharma Director Youth Welfare Panjab University, staff and participating students on behalf of Panjab University. 

In this youth festival, 1200 students from 13 universities of Punjab and Chandigarh participated in 39 literary, music, heritage and dance based items.
