Panjab University hostels celebrated world bicycle day by organising cycle rally

Chandigarh, June 03, 2022: Panjab University hostels, under the able guidance of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Raj Kumar celebrated world bicycle day by organizing cycle rally. Cycle rally was started from GH-8 and end line was BH-2. DSW Prof. Jagtar singh, DSW(W) Prof Roopali Garg, Associate DSW Prof Ashok Kumar and former DSW(W) Prof. Meena Sharma were all present in the celebration.

Prof. Jagtar singh  encouraged the students for cycling and keeping city pollution free. Prof. Roopali Garg shared the health benefits of driving bicycle. Hostel residents and Students of various departments actively participated in the rally. Wardens, Dr. Simran Kaur , Dr. Shipra Gupta, Dr. Vishal Sharma, Dr. Varinder Kaur ,Dr. Sehrawat, Dr Tilak raj, Dr. Harjit kaur, Dr. Ravinder Kaur and Dr. Simranpreet were also present in the event.
