Panjab University Holds Declamation, Poster-Making Competition on Digital Hygiene and Mental Health
The Department of Psychology, Panjab University, Chandigarh today organised a declamation and poster making competition on the theme "Digital Hygiene and Mental Health", under the guidance of Chairperson, Prof. Dr. Seema Vinayak.

Chandigarh, September 23, 2026: The Department of Psychology, Panjab University, Chandigarh today organised a declamation and poster making competition on the theme "Digital Hygiene and Mental Health", under the guidance of Chairperson, Prof. Dr. Seema Vinayak.
Professor Monica Munjial Singh graced the event as the chief guest. The students showed great enthusiasm in participating and attending the event. In the declamation competition, the first prize was bagged by Supinder Kaur and the consolation prize by Dhairya Sood. Prabhjot Kaur won the first prize in the poster making competition.
