Panjab University Declares Aug 22, 29 as Working Saturdays for Students’ Council Election Work

Chandigarh, August 21, 2026: Panjab University, Chandigarh has notified that both the upcoming Saturdays i.e. 22.08.2026 and 29.08.2026 will be observed as working days in all the Teaching Departments and Administrative & other offices situated in P.U. Campuses (Sector 14 & 25) for the work relating to election of P.U. Campus Students’ Council.
In lieu of these two working days, November 10 and 11, 2026, have been declared as holidays.
