Panjab University will host a five-day Expert Advisory Committee (EAC) meeting from May 5 to May 9 to prepare a trilingual glossary (English–Hindi–Punjabi) in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

Chandigarh, May 04, 2026: Panjab University will host a five-day Expert Advisory Committee (EAC) meeting from May 5 to May 9 to prepare a trilingual glossary (English–Hindi–Punjabi) in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
The programme is being organised by the School of Punjabi Studies in collaboration with the Commission for Scientific and Technical Terminology (CSTT), Ministry of Education. The inaugural session will be held at Mohan Singh Diwana Hall on 5th May, 2026 at 10:00 am. PU Vice Chancellor Prof. Renu Vig and Rajya Sabha MP Sh. Satnam Singh Sandhu will attend as chief guests.
The initiative, aligned with the National Education Policy 2020, aims to promote multilingual technical education and make emerging technologies more accessible to students from diverse linguistic backgrounds. Experts, academicians, and linguists from across the country will participate.
