Padma Shri Rajni Bector shares her success story of entrepreneurship at PAU

Ludhiana, March 20, 2024: The Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) organized a motivational talk by Padma Shri Rajni Bector, a renowned industrialist and founder of Mrs Bector Food Specialities and Cremica Group of Companies. 

Bector, while delivering her talk on ‘Success Story of Entrepreneurship,’ shared her remarkable entrepreneurial journey of starting from her home backyard to making Cremica as one of the most loved brands in food industry across the globe. The speaker enthralled the audience with her positivity, vision and insightful talk. She stressed upon dreaming big, and then realizing them through consistent efforts and hard work. She defied many stereotypes about working women and emphasized that if there is a zeal to work and excel, nothing can stop an entrepreneur in becoming successful, be it men or women. Her take away message for all budding student entrepreneurs was to believe in themselves and move on their chosen paths with full vigour, integrity and perfectionism without looking back. Later, the audience interacted with the speaker and discussed their issues in the path of achieving success.

The PAU Registrar Rishi Pal Singh, Dean of Postgraduate Studies Dr MIS Gill, deans of various constituent colleges, officers and directors, heads of the departments, faculty and students of the University attended the lecture in large number.
