Rohtak, September 23, 2025: Additional Deputy Commissioner Narendra Kumar has announced that registration under the Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana will be free of cost for all eligible women. Chairing a review meeting at the Mini Secretariat, he informed that Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini will launch the mobile app for registration from Panchkula on September 25.
The ADC said district, block, and village-level camps will be organised to assist women in registration. Teams will be available on-site so that beneficiaries do not need to approach CSC centres or agents. “Registration will be done through the mobile app and will be completely free,” he assured. Events will also be held at sub-divisional headquarters on launch day, where the Chief Minister’s live address will be streamed.
He said about 20,000 women have already been identified in the district as eligible beneficiaries, meeting all requirements. The scheme will provide ₹2,100 monthly financial assistance to women aged 23 and above, who have been residents of Haryana for at least 15 years, with family income below ₹1 lakh. Women suffering from cancer, rare diseases, hemophilia, thalassemia, or sickle cell anemia—already covered under social security pensions—will also qualify.
The ADC explained that required documents include Haryana domicile proof, Aadhaar-linked mobile number, Aadhaar cards of family members, bank account details, HKRN registration (for unemployed), and electricity connection number. Camps for free health check-ups will also be organised for women on launch day by the Health Department.
He appealed to all eligible women to complete necessary documentation before September 25. Civil Surgeon Dr. Ramesh Chandra Arya, DSWO Mahabir Godara, and other officers were present in the meeting.
