One Day Workshop At Innocent Hearts Loharan Campus

Jalandhar, June 13, 2017: One day workshop organised at Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions Loharan campus. Chef Gagandeep Humpal organised the workshop on “Forcemeat”.
The objective of the event was to update knowledge & skills of the students. The students of B.Sc Hotel management took part in this workshop and learnt how to make “Forcemeat”. With this Chef Gagandeep Humpal sharing his own experiences of early phases in the session he motivated the students to become a good hotelier & he guided the students to work with full dedication.
He further added that never admit defeat. Some important dishes were made such as chicken Galantine, Chicken Liver pate, Roulade. He put emphasis on the hard working culture and dedication towards the profession. He further said hard work is always worship and strength as well.
Chef also discuss that modern time is a great time for devoted chefs in the hotel industry. They are the real masters with their special skills and desired efforts. He also guided students to adopt healthier life-style.
