Chandigarh, March 1, 2019: The Criminal Justice Practicum Cell (CJPC), University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, in collaboration with Central Detective Training Institute (CDTI) successfully organized a Workshop on ‘Mobile Phone Vulnerability’, here today.
The workshop was organized under the mentorship of Prof. Rattan Singh, Director, UILS and under the able guidance of Mrs. Anju Choudhary, Assistant Professor (Law), Faculty Co-ordinator, CJPC; It was aimed at educating the students about the vulnerability faced by the society by the electronic devices and cyber safety solutions. The students were briefed upon the legal aspects of the cyber issues and how one can prevent falling into the traps of cyber. The Lecture was delivered by Sh. Gurcharan Singh, Faculty Cyber Crime, CDTI, Chandigarh. The event witnessed a great deal of participation and enthusiasm among students.
