A firing incident took place last night at Bath Castle, Ludhiana. Preliminary investigation has revealed that the incident resulted from a clash between two youngsters over a minor dispute. Both individuals—Shubham Agarwal and Ankur—along with their accompanying friends, had been invited to the function by the groom himself.
Ludhiana, November 30, 2025: A firing incident took place last night at Bath Castle, Ludhiana. Preliminary investigation has revealed that the incident resulted from a clash between two youngsters over a minor dispute. Both individuals—Shubham Agarwal and Ankur—along with their accompanying friends, had been invited to the function by the groom himself.
Contrary to certain misleading claims circulating on social media, this was not a case of gang war. The involved individuals have been booked under the relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), and six persons have been rounded up in connection with the case as of this morning.
Additionally, the groom and the management of the marriage palace have been booked for repeatedly violating security guidelines and norms issued by the administration.
The Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, stated that some of the youths involved have a history of scuffles and quarrels. In this instance as well, the clash escalated under the influence of alcohol over an instant issue.
