Official Language Implementation meeting organized at RCF Kapurthala

An Official Language Implementation Committee meeting was organized today at Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala with the objective of strengthening the effective implementation of the Official Language (Raj Bhasha )policy. The meeting was chaired by the General Manager, RCF Kapurthala, Ajay Nandan.

Kapurthala, April 6, 2026: An Official Language Implementation Committee meeting was organized today at Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala with the objective of strengthening the effective implementation of the Official Language (Raj Bhasha )policy. The meeting was chaired by the General Manager, RCF Kapurthala, Ajay Nandan.
During the meeting, detailed deliberations were held on various aspects related to the progress of the use of Official Language Hindi in RCF. Senior Rajbhasha Officer Vinod Katoch presented a comprehensive report highlighting the usage of Hindi in official work during the previous quarter, the progress achieved, and the proposed action plan for the coming period.
General Manager Ajay Nandan appreciated the commendable efforts made by the Rajbhasha Department in promoting Hindi and increasing its use in official work. He also encouraged all departments to continue making consistent efforts for effective implementation of the Official Language policy.
On this occasion, prizes were distributed to the winners of various competitions organized during Hindi Pakhwada, including Essay Competition, Hindi Noting & Drafting Competition, Hindi Speech Competition, and Rajbhasha  Awards. The annual publication of the Rajbhasha Department, “Arunodaya,” was also released during the meeting .
The meeting concluded with a collective resolve to promote greater use of Hindi and enhance its effectiveness in administrative functioning.
