Numbers and Fun! MS Excel workshop organized

Ludhiana, September 29, 2023: University Business School, Panjab University Regional Centre organised a workshop on Microsoft Excel ‘Crunching numbers with confidence’ to upgrade the skills of students of the MBA program.

The resource person, Deepak Marwaha, Corporate trainer was welcomed by Professor Aman Amrit Cheema, Director, PURC. Marwaha have proven capabilities in taking enterprise performance & productivity to next level and have trained many industry professionals in the region.

Prof. Cheema during her address emphasised that in the era of smart technologies and data driven industry, having an in-depth knowledge of analytical tools like MS Excel is crucial for the students.

Marwaha showcased working with basic formulas and functions on MS Excel while making the spreadsheets look professional and presentable using dashboards.

Dr. Shashi Kapoor, Coordinator (MBA) said that MS Excel is a powerful data visualization and analysis tool which the students of management shall be equipped with for the outgrowth of businesses.

The workshop was also attended by the faculty and staff members to upskill their research and administrative activities respectively.

Taranjeet Singh, Assistant Professor extended the vote of thanks to Marwaha for making the learning so joyful for the young minds.
