Chandigarh, November 11, 2022: Legal Aid Society of University Institute of Legal Studies Pu Chandigarh under the guidance of Director Prof Rajinder Kaur and teacher coordinators Dr Amita Verma Dr Karan Jawanda and Dr Anupam Bahri organised Nukad Natak to raise awareness regarding environmental protection and hazardous issues raising severe concerns .
20 students of Legal Aid Society, UILS, Panjab University Chandigarh today, performed "nukkad natak" on different topics related to Swacch Bharat mission in several hostels of the university.
One group performed on classification of waste in girls hostel 2 under GUIDANCE of Warden Dr Harjit Kaur and at the same time other group performed on home composting.
Students informed about the concept of Home composting, in which bio-degradable waste is composted at home itself and While the other group conveyed the right process of disposal of the waste.
About 50 students from the hostel witnessed these Nukad Natak and went back with a social motive to save environment from depletion.
