Ludhiana, February 24, 2023: Noted Economist, Former Chancellor Central University and Vice Chancellor PAU Padma Bhushan Dr. Sardara Singh Johl today on eve of his 96th birthday shared a meaningful message for people of Ludhiana, that we all need to adopt and value our Mother language Punjabi.
He further said that the real character of a person is measured by how he respects his Mother language and how he reciprocates in same language with others.
Dr S S Johl today on his 96th birthday initiated the drive with his respective name written on a plague in Punjabi language to highlight the significance of Mother language in ones life as a priority and he also acknowledged the visionary step initiated by City based eminent Author & Nature Artist Harpreet Sandhu who through his creative pictorial work prepared his name in calligraphic name plate in Punjabi language and presented to him.
Dr S S Johl applauded this creative step to be an inspiration within the younger generation, enabling them to get their names written in our Mother language Punjabi.
