Chandigarh, June 17, 2014: The Punjab government today allotted the department of Investment promotion to the Chief Parliamentary Secretary NK Sharma, in addition to his already existing portfolios of Industry and Commerce.
Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of the state government said that Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today cleared the file regarding the allocation of Investment Promotion to NK Sharma, who would be working in close coordination with the Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal who holds this department.
Formal orders in this behalf would be issued later, added the spokesperson.
