Ludhiana, December 22, 2017: In a bid to ensure that a better environment is provided, a newly-constructed Police Chowki was inaugurated in DMCH premises by Secretary of DMCH Managing Society-Sh Prem Kumar Gupta. Also present on the inaugural ceremony were Commissioner of Police RN Dhoke, DCP Dhruman Nimbale, ADCP Gurpreet Kaur Purewal, ADCP (Traffic)SS Brar, IPS Dr Sachin Gupta and other senior police officials. Principal Dr Sandeep Puri, Medical Supdts Dr Sandeep Sharma & Dr Ashwani Chaudhary, Dean Academics Dr Rajoo Singh Chhina and Assistant Dean Academics Dr Sandeep Kaushal were also present on the occasion.
According to Sh Prem Kumar Gupta, establishing of Police Chowki in DMCH premises will take care of all problems pertaining to security of surrounding areas and will do every possible effort for the protection of people from crime. It will also be helpful in regulating traffic problem around the hospital area.
In his message, Secretary- Sh Prem Kumar Gupta said that DMCH will provide every possible support to police authorities in maintaining a crime free society.
