He instructed that explanations be sought from officials and employees found negligent in maintaining these records. He emphasized that the general public should not face any inconvenience in matters related to the Tehsil.

Sampla, August 29, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta said that any negligence in maintaining revenue records will not be tolerated. Today, he conducted a surprise inspection of Sampla Tehsil and reviewed the revenue records. He instructed that explanations be sought from officials and employees found negligent in maintaining these records. He emphasized that the general public should not face any inconvenience in matters related to the Tehsil.

DC Sachin Gupta directed the concerned staff that the work of Patwaris (village-level revenue officials) should be regularly inspected on a monthly basis. He instructed that a separate register be maintained for demarcation tasks and that no case should remain pending. All cases filed in the revenue court should also be uploaded on the online portal. He stressed that there should be no unnecessary delays in land partition cases.

The Deputy Commissioner examined records related to Girdawari (crop inspection), mutation registers, token system, Patwari diaries, Musavi (maps), and Jamabandi (land records), and issued necessary instructions on the spot. He told the revenue officers that, if needed, training should be provided to the Tehsil staff. He instructed the SDM to regularly monitor Tehsil operations and ensure transparency in every task. The Deputy Commissioner also listened to public grievances and gave directions for their resolution.

Later, the DC inspected cleanliness in Sampla town and received a report on the same. He issued necessary instructions and directed the cleaning of drains along the Sampla-Kharkhoda road. Speaking to the media, DC Sachin Gupta said that a dedicated team of officials is working in the field to make the district clean and beautiful. He mentioned that the authorities have identified the issues and have prepared both short-term and long-term plans for their resolution. Every issue will be addressed with a permanent solution. In response to a question, he said that there are adequate infrastructural facilities available to make the district cattle-free.

During this visit, Sampla SDM Utsav Anand, District Revenue Officer Pramod Chahal, and other officials and staff of the revenue department were present.
