Mr Neelesh Garg who has been appointed as MD & CEO of Tata AIG General Insurance Company Ltd.
Chandigarh, September 20, 2015: Mr.Neelesh Garg has been appointed as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Tata AIG General Insurance Company Ltd. Mr.Garg takes over the reins from Mr.K K Mishra, who retires this September, after being one of the key founder members of the company since way back in 2001.
Taking over the helm, Mr.Neelesh Garg, Managing Director & CEO, Tata AIG General Insurance Company ltd said, “It is a privilege to associate myself with an iconic brand like Tata AIG General Insurance. It will be my endeavour to sustain the efforts of my predecessors and ensure an even brighter future for the company with knowledge, customer-centricity and technology as the core mantra. As I embark on this journey, I hope to sustain the brand’s rich legacy and further strengthen the brand’s footprint pan-India.”
Mr.Garg’s predecessor, Mr.K.K. Mishra said, “I’ve had a long happy and rewarding tenure of 15 years with Tata AIG General Insurance. It has been a wonderful journey wherein we’ve overcome challenges and set benchmarks for our peers. I’m sure Neelesh’s expertise and zest will add immense value to the business.”
