NCC Cadets of Government Home Science College win cash prizes

Chandigarh: NCC Cadets of Government Home Science College won cash prizes during a State Level Webinar organised by NCC Directorate (PHHPC) on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas.

NCC Cadet Nitika secured second position in poetry competition & won a cash prize of Rs2000 followed by NCC Cadet Shweta Sharma who secured third position in Quiz Competition and won a cash prize of Rs 1000. 

Principal of the college, Prof. Sudha Katyal congratulated the winners and paid tribute to the soldiers of Kargil and highlighted that the feeling of the patriotism should be inculcated at every stage of life so as to make our students value the sacrifices of our Indian soldiers and contribute their part in becoming responsible citizens.
