Ludhiana, September 2, 2026: 3 Punjab Girls Battalion NCC under Group HQs, Ludhiana, Ludhiana organised a Blood Donation Camp at Government College for Girls in collaboration with Guru Nanak Blood Centre, Ludhiana, reaffirming the Corps’ commitment to community service and humanitarian values.
The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from all sections of the college community. A total of 45 units of blood were collected during the day-long drive, with contributions from NCC Cadets, college students, combatants, and civil staff members.
Commanding Officer and staff members commended the cadets for their disciplined organization and sense of duty. The donors were presented with certificates of appreciation, symbolizing their selfless contribution to saving lives.
The event hall echoed with the NCC motto “Unity and Discipline,” as cadets in khaki uniforms and green berets assisted medical teams and motivated fellow students to join the noble cause.The camp concluded with heartfelt gratitude to all donors and volunteers, marking yet another milestone in the Battalion’s ongoing efforts to promote social welfare and public health awareness.
