National level online constitution  quiz competition held

Chandigarh, November 29, 2021: University Institute of Legal Studies(UILS), Panjab University, Chandigarh organized a National Level Online Constitution Quiz Competition on the occasion of  72nd Constitution day under the aegis of Prof. (Dr.) Rajinder Kaur, Director of UILS, PU and Dr. Pushpinder Kaur, Associate Professor (Law), UILS, PU, Chandigarh. The Round 1 of the quiz was held on November 26, 2021 and Round 2 on November 28, 2021. The final results were declared on November 29,2021. The Quiz was based on Constitution of India.
Total prize money was worth Rs. 2250.  Students from all over India had participated in the event including entries from JNU, DU, LPU, AMU, BHU, KU, CU, HU, AU, NLU-D, NLU-P, NLU-TN, GU, Amity, Symbiosis, etc. Shweta Bhattacharya from NLSUI, Bangalore,  secured the 1st position,  Muskan Solanki from Department of Laws,  Panjab University, Chandigarh secured 2nd position and Yogesh Aggarwal, Nirma University, Ahemdabad. secured 3rd position in the event.  The Top 25 from Round 1 received a Certificate of Recognition and the Top 10 from Round 2 received a Certificate of Commendation.
The event was headed by Vaibhav Goyal (President, SFQ, UILS) along with Student Convenors- Rabia Mittal (Secretary), Pranjali (Treasurer), Grisha Garg (Co-Convenor), Gurpreet Rana (Co- Coordinator)  and Devika Joshi (Co- Coordinator).
