Jalandhar, September 13, 2026: The NASSCOM FutureSkills Centre of Excellence was inaugurated at CT Group of Institutions, Shahpur Campus, marking a significant step towards equipping students with industry-relevant skills and preparing them for emerging career opportunities in technology-driven domains.
The Centre will provide students with specialised training and practical exposure in emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML), Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Generative AI, Aerospace and Robotics. The initiative aims to strengthen industry-academia collaboration while bridging the gap between academic learning and evolving industry requirements.
During the inauguration programme, students were felicitated with Skill Enhancement Certificates at Gold, Silver and Bronze levels in recognition of their achievements and commitment to continuous skill development.
Addressing the gathering, Charanjit Singh, Chairman, CT Group, motivated students to continuously upgrade their skills, embrace emerging technologies and develop an innovative and adaptable mindset. He also interacted with the students and addressed their queries, encouraging them to make the most of the opportunities provided through the Centre.
The programme was organised under the guidance and supervision of Dr. Jayaashish Sethi, Director, Campus, reaffirming CT Group of Institutions’ commitment to fostering technological learning, industry exposure and employability-focused education.
The inauguration of the NASSCOM FutureSkills Centre of Excellence marks another step towards creating a future-ready learning ecosystem at CT Group of Institutions, enabling students to develop practical competencies and build successful careers in emerging technology domains.
